Lennox Grafton
General Information
Occupation: Architect
Birth Country: Canada
Resident City: Toronto
Resident State/Province: Ontario
Resident Country: Canada
Notes: "Arnprior was in a prosperous area and the centre for a number of smaller towns; that is why I chose to work there. After being in practice for a while, I realized that larger jobs would go elsewhere unless I could enlarge the office. However, I was unable to borrow the money to do so. The supply of small jobs was diminishing, and I closed the office. Nonetheless, the whole thing has been very exciting. My work with the government was particularly interesting and demanding. It required a lot of flexibility, energy and imagination. When I became too tired to continue, I was genuinely sorry.
